Field Application Manager (Semiconductor Materials)

- Lead and mentor a team of Field Application Engineers, fostering technical expertise and customer engagement.
- Oversee sales pipeline activity and ensure alignment with business initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve product application challenges.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, evaluation reports, and market analyses to support strategic opportunities.
- Partner with sales management to execute product strategies in targeted territories and markets.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to drive product evaluations and issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and application developments to inform strategy.
- Support customer change management processes and contribute to product change initiatives.
- Drive special projects in support of business unit and engineering needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related technical/business discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in a multidisciplinary, customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to solve and explain complex problems.
- Customer-service mindset with proven collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing technologies, fabrication techniques, and Microsoft Office tools.
