If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!Reporting to the Technology Singapore head, you lead the presales team team to support the Technology Business Group and units business plan while formulating strategy and charting technology roadmap. You collaborate closely with the global team on technology solutions, while identifying technologies that are relevant and required based on local trends and landscape, to elevate customers experience.The responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
- To Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
- Driving innovation and change through influencing and managing a broad range of key internal and external stakeholders, and understanding key business impacts
- Connecting business purpose to Digital strategy and ensuring systems are fit for current and future purpose
- Work with Sales team as responsible technology Pre sales solution architect in simple to complex presales/RFP processes involving multiple technologies
- Develop technical solution design and create corresponding cost estimates
- Present technology solution to both internal and external executive approvers
- Lead the establishment and uplift of technology delivery capabilities to enhance user engagement, efficiency, product quality, and delivery velocity.
- Relationship management with key product and business executives.
- Involve in the delivery of technology services ensuring the health of technology platforms measured via cost of change, operational performance, stability, and resilience.
- Leading a team of presale professionals and ensuring overall solution & pricing meet critical business requirements through a clear purpose and vision, as well as team development, recognition, and mentoring
- Embedding and executing modern Software Development Lifecycle practices, QA and Integration Design, OT/IT Technical Architecture best practices
- Ensure best practice is applied across the strategic programs, governance, methodology or the application of technology
- Drive engagement through a collaborative leadership style that produces aligned outcomes whilst navigating different stakeholder levels within the organisation.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate and positively influence strategy, business requirements, and solution development
- Building strong relationships through engagement with internal customers, colleagues and other key stakeholders across all stages of the project management life cycle
- Prioritise and collaborate with teams with a sense of purpose and build strong relationships
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building
- At least 10 years experience designing, software development and operating large scale application platforms
- In-depth knowledge on network and systems security issues and ability to provide solutions to address cybersecurity requirement
- IT certification in MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, Scrum Master or equivalent will be advantageous
- Experience developing applications design pattern using native cloud service offer by AWS or Azure
- Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development.
- Hands-on development experience for Backend application and The ability to produce clean, well-tested and highly maintainable code in at least one of the following languages: Kotlin, Java, C#, .Netcore, NodeJS and Python
- A deep understanding of automation through the software delivery lifecycle, including automated testing, infrastructure, delivery, support and operations
- Experience of cloud technology, architecture, patterns and tools, including some of the following: Microservices, Event Driven Architectures, Containers, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Observability, Immutable Infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, Declarative APIs, Security, Linux and SRE
- Experienced with principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) in Agile, scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Integration
- Experience with Containers and Orchestration such as Kubernetes/OpenShift
