We are passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us in our mission to improve mental well-being globally.Job Description[Immediate Start] Business Development InternAs a Business Development Intern, you will support the team in expanding Tongle's market presence and fostering relationships with potential clients and partners. You will assist in researching market trends, generating leads, and contributing to the development of business strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Help in generating and qualifying leads through various channels such as networking, email campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Client Relationship Support: Assist in maintaining relationships with clients by ensuring follow-up communications and engagement.
  • Sales Support and Grant Applications: Provide support in creating sales presentations and product demonstrations for clients and grant makers.
  • Partnership Development: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential business partners to explore collaborative opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the team in organising meetings, preparing reports, and tracking sales activities.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional tasks or special projects as assigned to support the team’s goals.
Qualifications:
  • Immediate start
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months, longer commitment preferred.
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Working arrangement: Hybrid, at least 3 office days per week *may increase if in-person discussions needed
Office days - 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch break
