
Associate - Investment Product Marketing/ Client services (Funds)

- Manage client inquiries by reviewing requests, providing clear and timely responses to sales, fundraising, and service needs, and updating shared content in the RFP library using product knowledge and team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality product marketing materials (e.g., presentations, factsheets, DDQs, FAQs, webinars, and educational content) to support sales efforts, brand building, and client engagement, incorporating market and sales feedback.
- Collaborate across teams and regions, assist with shifting priorities, and ensure all materials follow compliance guidelines with proper documentation
- Develop and update internal talking points, maintain competitor analysis, and review client reports for the firm's evergreen products.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, sales support, or similar roles; experience in finance or private markets is a plus.
- Strong Japanese language skills needed for most tasks and client meetings for front facing with Japanese Clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing communication, sales processes, and solid knowledge of financial markets, especially private markets; familiarity with evergreen products is a plus.
- Comfortable with investment concepts and analysis, diligent, and skilled in project management.
