What the role is:o Assist to digitalise current work processes o Data management and analysis o Assist in new project implementation to ensure smooth transition from old to new processes. o Work with a team to manage and process pass applications. o Work with a team to process various permit applications made by Jurong Island tenant companies, JTC departments or other agencies and ensuring that statutory requirements are met.What you will be working on:o Able to assist in Jurong Island's security operations when required, and this includes covering the duties of Duty Commanders when needed. Be au fait with all operating systems, Standard Operating Procedures, incident management and incident reporting roles. Duty Commanders perform shift duties to cover 24hrs - 8am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm and 10pm to 8am. o Able to take on additional responsibilities as directed by Head of Department.What we are looking for:
  • Good communication and report writing skills • Experience in security planning and operations • Able to do shift work as a Duty Commander, when required • Possesses good analytical and leadership skills for effective incident management • Able to lead a team of outsourced security officers who are performing shift duties
