- Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources (consumer trends, competitor analysis, industry reports) to make informed proposals
- Campaign Strategy Support: Support seniors in the team to develop marketing and communications strategies for various clients and internal projects.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming, creating, and curating content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing, communication, and digital trends to provide fresh insights and innovative solutions.
- Campaign Reporting & Metrics: Assist in monitoring performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports for internal teams or clients.
- Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.
- Development of marketing strategies from start to finish.
- Market research, data analysis, and using insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Exposure to creative content strategies, digital marketing tools, and cross-channel campaign execution.
- The opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in the agency
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar degree
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and strategy with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a knack for crafting clear, compelling messages.
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
- A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset who is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to commit for at least 4-6 months (Full-time is preferred)
