- Develop and run multi-market strategic projects that drive Gross Merchandise Value growth across all SEA markets
- Design analytical frameworks and scorecards to monitor cross border performance, surface insights, and steer quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
- Act as a regional problem-solver-diagnose and resolve cross-border vs. local pain points, balancing global platform efficiency with market-specific nuances.
- Build business cases, scenario models, and implementation blueprints for new growth initiatives (pricing, logistics incentives, fulfilment models).
- Serve as liaison with Cross-Border teams in China, and other seller-country offices

- Led projects with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experienced with complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple markets and business units.
- Strong quantitative toolkit and crisp executive communication.
- Entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and 80/20 prioritization
- Cultural agility and diplomacy: the ability to align divergent incentives across geographies and functions.
- Willing to travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis
