• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate the intended user experience and design direction, considering the unique requirements of government service delivery.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices, and advocate for the integration of innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand public service objectives and citizen needs, translating them into visually compelling and intuitive design solutions that enhance the user experience of government digital services.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the visual design aligns with usability and accessibility standards, promoting an inclusive and user-friendly digital experience for all citizens within the government ecosystem.
• Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the user experience and the effectiveness of government digital services.

• Proven experience as a Visual UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
• In-depth understanding of user interface design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of citizens and stakeholders in the public service domain.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles, with a commitment to delivering accessible and inclusive digital experiences for diverse user groups within the Government ecosystems.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers. providing guidance and feedback on design projects within the context of government service delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, familiar with front-end development technologies and their impact on design feasibility
