Associate (Structured Finance)

• Support the Vice President in daily operations.
• Liaise with clients for billing and financial matters.
• Manage covenants, credit monitoring, and KYC procedures.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and handle administrative tasks.
• Assist in securing approvals and preparing reports/documents.
• Conduct due diligence and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• At least 5 years of experience in financial industry (Structured Finance, ship finance experience is necessary)
• Possess analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in both speaking and writing.
