Punggol Central, SingaporeWorking HoursReceptionist 1Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)Fridays: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)School Holidays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNot required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidaysReceptionist 2Mondays to Thursdays: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)Fridays: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)School Holidays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNot required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidaysScope of ServicesThe personnel shall perform the following duties:Front Desk & Enquiries – Attend to incoming phone calls, enquiries, and deliveries promptly.Stakeholder Engagement – Greet and assist walk-in students, teachers, parents, vendors, and other stakeholders with care and empathy.Student Care – Assist unwell students and coordinate with stakeholders until the student leaves safely.First Aid & Sick Bay – Provide simple first aid, maintain the sick bay, and ensure adequate first aid supplies.Administrative Support –Perform office tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, data entry).Manage office supplies and run errands (e.g., Post Office).Parent Engagement – Call and liaise with parents on administrative matters (e.g., GIRO & Edusave applications, financial aid documents).Task Management – Prioritize urgent/important tasks and multi-task effectively.Reception Maintenance – Keep the General Office reception counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.Ad-hoc Duties – Support school operations, e.g., emergency exercises or other assigned tasks.Training Requirement:
The awarded Contractor must arrange for the personnel to complete a Basic First Aid course with CPR + AED certification within the first 3 months of duty commencement (at Contractor’s cost).Qualifications & SkillsExperience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in front desk reception duties.Prior front desk experience in schools (especially primary schools) is preferred.Qualities:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in English.Warm personality with good customer service and telephone etiquette.Able to exercise initiative, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
