M/F Study and fabrication of High-frequency carbon nanotubes (CNTs) based devices

The candidate will also be involved in the writing of progress reports and publications for this project.The Research Fellow will work on the development of CNTs-based passive devices for high-frequency applications with our research team and our collaborators. The roles of this position include:
- Fabrication in Clean room, photolithography, metalisation, etc
- Carbon nanotube growth and characterizations (MEB, SEM, etc)
- Collaborate with our collaborators for the design
- Fabrication of the CNT-based devices by transfer technique
- High-frequency characterization of the devices
- Thermal characterization for effective thermal management in high-frequency devices
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or in material science engineering from top universities.
- Expertise in the growth of Carbon Nanotubes material and their characterization
- Experienced in cleanroom processes such as UV Lithography, E-Beam PVD, Sputtering, RIE, etc.
- More than 5 years of research experience in the related area is preferred.
- Knowledges in the field of highfrequencies and thermal characterization
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with team members and collaborators.
- Independent and can take initiatives
- Publication track record is an advantage.
