
Assistant Managing Director (Builder's Risk)

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience working on active construction projects.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to organize, evaluate, and manage complex project documentation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and availability to meet with clients as needed.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and professional reports.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings.
- Experience conducting schedule delay analysis.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
- Background in litigation support or experience providing expert testimony.
- Familiarity with construction insurance claims and related processes.
- Experience working on energy sector construction projects.
- Recognized Quantity Surveying certification (e.g., RICS, CIQS).
- Experience supporting or acting as an Expert Witness in dispute resolution or claims.
