
Senior Officer, Client eServices

- Process Non-Individual client onboarding including Account Opening, eServices (internet banking application and maintenance, etc)
- Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
- Prepare statistics and reports
- Perform Account maintenance for clients
- Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
- Preferably at least 1-2 year of work experience in banking Operations
- Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
- Candidate with callback verification experience is preferred
- Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, Paynow, SGQR etc
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Able to adapt to new technology / systems
- Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
- Computer literate with good Microsoft office skill such as words and excel
- Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
