The staff will work closely with the Curriculum team and other stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day operations of the School and ensure seamless coordination of the curriculum delivery.ResponsibilitiesTo manage the Year 2 Curriculum, which compasses scheduling and coordinating teaching sessions with the content experts and booking of venues, uploading of preparation materials and resources on various online platform and preparing the monthly student bus schedules.To assist in the Long-term Patient Project course, which includes coordinating the tutorial session with tutors, assigning teams and collating student assignmentTo assist in the Year 4 Curriculum by supporting the team with the set-up of on campus-based teaching sessions including task trainers / manikins / simulators, video conferencing arrangements and session logisticsRequirementsA good university’s degree in any disciplinePreference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the education and/or medical sectorExperienced in scheduling managementExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skillsPositive working attitude and enjoys working with studentsA good team player who takes initiative and is resourcefulAble to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environmentAble to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneouslyThis is a 3 years contract appointment.Hiring Institution: LKC
