In this role, you will be responsible for end to end planning and execution of 2B initiatives and supporting ongoing e-commerce campaigns. This role will work closely with the brand communications marketing manager and other cross functional teams to ensure consistent and effective representation of our brand.Responsibilities
- Campaign management: Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from end to end
- Content creation: Responsible for conceptualising and producing engaging B2B content (video/statics), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Social media account management: Oversee and manage content calendars on business-facing social media platforms, which includes content planning, reviewing and posting
- Cross Functional Support: Collaborate closely to support integrated marketing, category, creator and/or other cross-functional teams to drive B2B initiatives i.e. events, showcases etc
- PR: Support PR teams in building messaging, narratives, and collateral to engage with partners and media in Singapore
- Digital media: Drive performance marketing efforts for B2B initiatives, managing media requests, submissions and ensuring timely and accurate ad set ups
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analysing campaign performance across content and ad optimsations. Prepare reports and contribute insights for improvementsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in business marketing, especially in social media and PR. Events experience would be a bonus
- Experience developing B2B marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans
- An understanding of digital media and PR landscape in Singapore
- Creative individual who has a strong understanding of social media (especially TikTok) & the internet. Must be comfortable in front of the camera and open to being featured in social content
- Some proficiency with FIGMA, Adobe Illustrator & Capcut. Basic knowledge of video editing programs such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonusPreferred Qualifications
- Highly self motivated and meticulous, able to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisation and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possess good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in marketing or account management in e-commerce platforms will be a bonus
- Possess a keen eye for design and creativity, with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a bonus due to occasional needs to translate content for sellers based in China
- Ability to prioritize workloads to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Independent with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects
