In charge of designing, implementing, and assessing training programs for employees, this role is involves identifying skill gaps, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating closely with the team to offer comprehensive training support.Adecco is collaborating with a prestigious and innovative company in the luxury goods industry, is in search of an experienced Training Manager to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and stands as a leader in its field.The Job:
  • Overseeing various aspects of training and development within the company.
  • Identifying and addressing training gaps, developing annual training plans, creating coaching materials, conducting in-house programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Involves on-site visits to observe purchase behavior, coaching team members to enhance sales techniques, and implementing a brand orientation program for new members.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Generating and analyzing training reports, managing the training calendar and budget, maintaining records, and conducting market research on competitor brands.
  • To consolidate launches during events, manage mystery shopping, and maintain the boutique handbook to ensure staff are well-trained in sales processes and customer service.
The Talent:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in luxury retail as a Trainer.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably certified with ACTA/ACLP or DACE.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, to effectively interact with colleagues in other regions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and effective communication skills are highly valued.
  • Possessing strong presentation and interpersonal skills is highly advantageous.
  • Maintains a calm, independent, and resourceful approach as a team player.
Exhibits a strong ability to connect with both retail staff and internal team members. * · Demonstrates a high level of initiative, able to propose programs and collaborate with multiple internal. stakeholders to gather feedback and address the needs of retail or backend staff.
  • · Maintains a positive mindset and goal-oriented approach.
  • · Displays excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
