- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
- 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
- 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
- Master's degree or PhD in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present documented business cases to stakeholders and management.
- Drive accountability of transportation network performance through comprehensive KPIs and trending analytics. Track, monitor, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience while optimizing expenses.
- Develop, plan, and execute the short- and long-term transportation strategic goal and subsequent transportation initiatives for both component inbound freight and finished goods shipments to data centers.
- Serve as the global transportation process and systems subject matter expert, working closely with upstream and downstream partners, third-party logistics, information technology teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement programs, which may include creating and maintaining the process improvement roadmap, project plan, business case/cost benefit tracker, training and communication plan, and others.
