• Diploma Holder – salary range from $2,200 - $2,700 per month depending on relevant working experience.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Able to create simple poster designs

• Strong collaborative skills to work with people from various disciplines and professions

• Ability to work independently and multi-task

• Takes personal initiative and follows through on tasks and projects assigned

• Event planning and execution

• Coordinating interviews for new sign-ups

• Scheduling selected VCO (Volunteer Case Office) for training sessions

• Organizing the training sessions, rostering the trainers, managing attendance

• Broadcasting additional training opportunities and managing sign-ups

• Matching trained volunteers to supervisees based on their profiles

• Managing questions and feedback from volunteers and staff

• Advertising and managing sign-ups for VCO events

• Maintaining VCO database and a Progress Report database

• Facilitating honorarium payment processes
