- Support the growth in Unit Trust business through timely processing of unit trust trade orders, including affirmation and confirmation.
- Reconcile and process with precision for trailer fees payments.
- Learn and deepen product knowledge through our Fund onboarding and maintenance.
- Develop and strengthen corporate communication by aliasing with fund houses and other external parties on enquiries and documentation.
- Participate in process re-engineering activities, implementation of control processes and system UAT.
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years' of experience in unit trust operations to be considered for managerial position.
- Remuneration package will commensurate with experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong in stress and work management.
- Committed and a good team player.
- Good analytical skills and meticulous.
- Candidates with strong excel skills and/or programming knowledge preferred.
