- Qualifying inbound inquiries from prospects and creating opportunities and next steps for Account Executives
- Identifying and prospecting into target accounts through outbound channels
- Creating a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing a world class experience
- Active listening of the business challenges and requirements of the prospects
- Using our tech stack to log your activities and interactions with prospects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong desire to pursue and thrive in a tech sales career
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and a desire to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience or understanding of the SaaS, technology or recruiting industry
- Experience of being successful in new customers acquisition through outbound prospecting
- Interest in solving challenges and having an impact in new team campaigns and initiatives
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce
