
Customer Management & Marketing Intern

- Respond to customer service-related queries/requests from customer over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, via emails or calls)
- Provide recommendations of our suitable academic programme based on student’s academic needs.
- Provide customer support and timely responses to customers inquiries, issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience at all touch points.
- Gather and analyse client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and sharing valuable insights with relevant departments to build a better customer intimacy and brand loyalty.
- Assist in critical school administration tasks (such as course registrations and changes in class arrangements), front desk and backend operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Business or Public Relations is preferred
- Able to commit for 3-6 months internship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and have strong attention to detail:
- Able to Multi-Task and Takes ownership and responsibility of tasks given
- Onsite role based in Singapore
- 4 weekdays & 1 Weekend
- Weekday: 12-9pm
- Weekend: 9-6pm
