- Manage and oversee the technical operations of the vessels in the fleet
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans to optimize vessel performance and minimize downtime
- Coordinate and oversee dry-docking and repair projects
- Monitor vessel performance and address any technical issues in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communication with ship personnel, owners, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance to ship personnel
- Manage budgets and control costs related to vessel maintenance and repairs
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
