[What the role is] You will be part of the Transformation Office team that will work closely with senior management and MPA divisions to accelerate MPA’s transformation efforts and drive improvements to MPA’s critical processes.[What you will be working on]You will develop and enhance MPA's digital learning platforms and knowledge management systems, with a specific focus on e-Learning content for our operations teams. The core responsibilities will encompass three main areas:e-Learning Content Development and Knowledge Management
  • Manage e-learning content development process, coordinating between subject matter experts and SCORM developers to create engaging maritime-specific content promptly
  • Administer and govern e-learning contents and manage user feedback
  • Drive content management for MPA’s intranet knowledge Management.
Change Management and Communications
  • Translate user feedback on improvements to e-learning content
  • Develop user guides and training materials to support change management initiatives
  • Create and implement communication strategies, publicity materials, and success stories to promote growth mindset
Support Citizen Developer Movement
  • Provide level 1 technical guidance to support for ServiceNow citizen developers
  • Drive governance for low/no code developments on ServiceNow
  • Drive communication strategy to promote citizen development work
[What we are looking for]You should possess at least 5 years of working experience, and have a strong experience in stakeholder collaboration, content creation and communication. Candidates should have a flair in writing and good aesthetic sense. You should be an independent officer who is proficient with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, you should possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and be comfortable working with digital enterprise systems. Experience with ServiceNow, Articulate and/or any e-Learning platforms will be an advantage.
