This role involves designing and implementing competitive compensation and reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the ASEANZ cluster. The expert will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative total reward solutions, promote transparency, and manage mobility policies to support organizational success and talent management goals. This position is pivotal in our strategic transformation efforts, aimed at enhancing our overall total reward program design.YOUR KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Compensation Solutions: Design and implement market-aligned compensation strategies that support business goals, reward performance, and attract top talent.
  • Total Rewards Framework Design: Skilled in designing integrated frameworks that encompass salary structures, benefits, recognition, and career development. Proficient in incentive plan design, job evaluation, and HRIS systems.
  • Performance-Linked Rewards: Integrate compensation strategies with performance management systems to recognize and incentivize high achievers.
  • Project Leadership & Transformation: Proven success leading performance and reward projects with change management expertise.
  • Program Evaluation & Optimization: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop engaging training materials and communication plans to educate managers and employees on Total Rewards policies and offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with senior leaders to shape a compelling Employee Value Proposition and align rewards with business and talent strategies.
  • Mobility & M&A Support Drive mobility initiatives and harmonize TR policies during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • External Partnerships Cultivate strategic relationships with brokers, insurers, and regulatory authorities to enhance the delivery and impact of localized benefit solutions.
  • HR Ecosystem Experience Demonstrate deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle-recruitment, onboarding, performance, L&D, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding-ensuring seamless coordination and a cohesive employee experience.
  • Business Acumen & Market Insight Strong commercial acumen and cross-industry, divisional, and geographic experience; translating business strategy and local market practices into agile, high-impact Total Rewards solutions.
  • Data Analytics & Benchmarking Advanced analytical capabilities for market analysis, pay equity reviews, and compensation reporting. Ability to turn data into strategic insights to maintain a competitive and future-ready rewards proposition.
  • Workforce Design & Career Architecture Experience aligning Total Rewards strategies with organizational design and talent planning.
  • Wellbeing & Recognition Strategy Expertise in building wellbeing and recognition programs that foster engagement, retention, and a culture of appreciation.
  • Policy Development & Compliance Skilled in crafting and governing compensation and benefits policies that ensure legal compliance, fairness, and alignment with organizational values.
YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University degree (or equivalent) in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus in a multicultural environment.
  • You bring breadth and depth in your profile, broad HR and industry expertise across functions, with deep specialization in Total Rewards.
  • You're a role model for collaborative, values-driven leadership and transformation.
