- Plan, direct, lead and manage multiple Project, Engineering, and Installations to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals for the department and company.
- He/she is accountable for the overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.
- Develops, monitors, and controls divisional annual operating budget.
- Establishes and tracks key performance indicators.
- Manages the development and leadership of Project, Engineering, and Installation Professionals.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures together with other departments in achieving its objectives.
- Develops implements and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
- Evaluates performance of the department and implements corrective actions to improve the results secured.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the management of services operations and/or engineering projects in the building environment sector.
- Experience in managing a large engineering division.
- Recognized Degree in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical or any other relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable local or foreign university.
- Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills, interpersonal savvy, resourcefulness, time management abilities, customer focus, organizing capabilities, planning expertise, motivation skills, drive for results, and proficiency in building effective teams.
- Process with own car is preferred.
- East area, basic + transport allowance + VB.
