- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, administrators, and finance professionals.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
