- Establish and develop relationship with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and increase sales achievement.
- Develop and engage new customers by providing customized advice and introducing them to the discovery of the brand.
- Manage the sales process as per delivery standards.
- Contribute to the store and service KPI's achievement and apply all sales related procedures and guidelines.
- Perform 1-1 CRM activities as per Store Manager's instructions.
- Perform all After Sales service and other pertinent ad-hoc duties.
- Must have a strong knowledge of the Luxury business
- Must possess strong selling skills and results oriented
- A conversationalist, resourceful and customer-focused
- Able to carry out store procedures and processes
- Familiar with CRM techniques and tolls and other store operation applications
