This position requires the expertise to support development and execution of strategies and plans for impact, to support our growth ambitions cross SMB, Enterprise and Education. Through a good understanding of the business and education market, channel and customer landscapes, this role will support strategic initiatives to grow the business cross all countries in South Asia. An important contribution will be through providing critical business performance reporting and analytics, as well as lead the governance and planning processes cross countries to equip the team and leadership with deep insights of business performance and market developments. In this role you will be a critical part of the South Asia regional team for business and education markets. You will work closely with worldwide and regional leadership, country teams to identify strategic initiatives, build impactful plan, and oversee progress and business performance.Description- Leverage a good understanding of market trends, opportunities, routes to market and the channel landscape, to support regional strategies that drive growth cross RTM for Business and Education. - Analyze and identify growth levers, opportunities, risks and challenges to support growth ambitions for the region in Business and Education. - Create and execute plans and processes to drive growth and business performance in conjunction with regional and country teams, as well as strategy and business planning teams in region and ww - Development of performance and reporting management tools to support regional and country teams cross RTM that support Small Business, Enterprise and Education. These tools include reports, analysis, insights, processes and templates. - Implement and drive planning and business performance governance and structures for Business and Education cross the region to ensure good business insights into key performance drivers and needed actions. This includes running pipeline and forecast structures and processes, business cadence and reporting for the region for Business and Education segments. - Effectively collaborate with regional and worldwide sales and cross-functional team in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and AppleCare to find new ways to have strong business insight and optimize business results.Minimum Qualifications
  • Undergraduate/post graduate degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven relevant experience
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization that requires an ability to advocate and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficiency in English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations
  • Strong business planning capabilities. Ability to work within, and design processes that lead to the development of innovative and commercially driven sales plans.
  • Awareness of local channel structure, emerging trends, and competitor's activities in the market. Ability to create and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Proven track record in galvanizing, developing and motivating cross functional performing teams that may include diverse members
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives.
  • Relevant work experience in strategy consulting or business development is preferred
