
Technical Support Engineer - Media SaaS Platform

- Provide timely and accurate support via email and video calls (Zendesk).
- Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues, including platform outages.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for both internal teams and public-facing Help Center/Developer Docs.
- Relay user feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Assist in launching new products and features to clients.
- Exhibit curiosity about the product and a commitment to outstanding customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools, command line, Javascript, jQuery, or GitHub is a plus.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) preferred.
- Experience in media or related industries is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication skills, and capacity to work independently.
