As Head of our Singapore institute, you'll oversee all academic and operational aspects of our after-school education programs, driving growth while maintaining educational excellence. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge of international curricula to develop impactful tuition programs and build a high-performing team of educators and administrators.Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine after-school tuition programs aligned with IB, IGCSE, AP, O-Level, and A-Level curricula.
  • Establish and implement comprehensive teaching operation and management systems from the ground up.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of teachers and academic administrators.
  • Leverage your extensive network to build a pool of qualified educational professionals.
  • Drive student enrollment through strategic program development and community engagement.
  • Maintain deep market insights into Singapore's international school tuition landscape.
  • Ensure academic quality and student progress through effective assessment systems.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above, preferably in Education or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of teaching and operational management experience in a renowned tutoring institution in Singapore.
  • Proven expertise in developing after-school programs for IB, IGCSE, AP, O-Level, or A-Level curricula.
  • Demonstrated experience building teaching operation systems from scratch.
  • Successful track record in managing teacher and academic administration teams.
  • Extensive professional network within Singapore's education community.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's international school tuition market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in English with fluent spoken skills; a score of 7.0 or above in IELTS or TEM-8 is highly desirable.
