Job Description:Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day crew payroll operations for assigned vessels, ensuring timely and precise processing of payments and monthly financial documentation.· Validate and process crew allotment instructions, including verifying bank details and ensuring accurate fund disbursement.· Coordinate with ship personnel to organize Cash to Master transactions and provide clear guidance on reporting procedures.· Conduct onboarding briefings with vessel Masters to align expectations and clarify account reporting standards.· Prepare and consolidate monthly victualling, slopchest, and port representation reports for internal review and budgeting.· Handle special allotments, crew pension-related calculations, claims, and arrange redemption payments with necessary accounting entries.· Administer and post journal entries related to field staff and newbuilding site-office personnel expenses.· Respond to vessel inquiries regarding payroll and accounts matters, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.RequirementsRequirements:· Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.· Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the maritime or shipping sector.· Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.· Detail-oriented team player capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Clarence Khoh R1552376
