Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join the client's team in Singapore. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating between vessels and shore, suppliers, sub-contractors, and maintaining timely and cost-effective logistic arrangements

Make arrangements for spare parts, services, stores, and lube oils, issue purchase orders, process invoices, and update related records and details
Support in monitoring vessel budgets, preparing variance reports, and preparing various reports as required
Monitoring certificate and class survey status, dispatching and following up on vessel mail and courier delivery, and maintaining records for quotations and price comparisons.

Requirements

Minimum ITE/ Diploma, preferred in Maritime studies
Experience in similar job scope and working in a shipping company
Able to communicate effectively and is a team player
