Job Title: Marketing InternAbout the Role
Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of: * How the SEA Distributor Business Unit functions and how to liaise with key markets to support them to achieve best-in-class campaign executions.
- You will have the opportunity to work with multiple SEA Distributor Markets and with established fragrance brands under Coty. Your scope will cover a broad range of marketing projects such as building a marketing launch plan, managing PR activations, media and e-comm plans as well as rolling out various trade activations while ensuring maximum ROI.
- You will be involved in campaign ideation, having regular connections with the local teams on plan approvals, and eventually bringing the plans to life.
- The Marketing Intern will play an integral role in enabling the business unit to achieve its business goals through operational and execution excellence for both online and offline channels.
- Work closely with distributor markets on marketing campaigns for the assigned brands - Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Davidoff, Tiffany
- Liaise with the relevant key stakeholders to get approval for all 360 launch plans, KOL engagement, e-comm, media and all other campaign assets and activations
- Support markets in their execution for marketing campaigns by providing relevant toolkits, brand guidelines, assets and collaterals
- Update KOL Tracker list for all brands and distributor markets for Paid/Unpaid KOLs as and when approved/updated
- Update Marketing Campaign Completion Tracker with sales data and relevant information from markets
- Assist marketing team on EMB and Prometheus offerings to markets
- Assist marketing team to send out new fragrance samples to markets and gather their feedback
- Assist marketing team in issuing of PO/PRs to vendors and distributors
- Support the marketing team with ad-hoc requests
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2024) for a full-time internship.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
