- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales of precast concrete products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts in the building and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project delivery and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in building materials or construction.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete products is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales negotiation, contract management, and business development.
