Position: Consulting AnalystABeam Consulting (Singapore) 2024 Graduate consulting program is now open for applications!We are keen to develop local talent, specifically in the areas of SAP and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Successful candidates will participate in a 6-month on-the-job training program.As a Consulting Analyst, you will receive training and mentorship in various areas, including business process overview, consultation skills, project methodology exposure, and hands-on experience to become a functional/technical consultant.From requirements gathering to post-production support, you can expect to be exposed to the full spectrum of the project implementation process.What you can expect

E-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training (OJT).
Opportunities to grow your career by working with global MNCs in both local and regional projects.
Work on IT transformation across different service lines and in multi-faceted industries.

Perform analysis function and design using either SAP or RPA.
Hybrid working environment.
Wide variety of career options and domain areas. Certifications will be provided and opportunities to work overseas.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or a relevant domain, and have graduated within the past 2 years.
Ideally graduated from a Singapore University or Polytechnic.
Interest or internship experience in one or more IT projects e.g., SAP, RPA (Blueprism, UiPath etc.), Oracle, Workday.
Excellent written communication and soft skills.
Singapore Citizen/SPR
