If so, let's start the conversation.The JobIron Mountain’s Professional Services organisation is looking for a Services Product Manager who will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and understanding customer use cases and user journeys, designing functional architecture to resolve these use cases and user journeys, and creating corresponding user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. You will perform this role for a portfolio of customer projects, which may span more than one global region. In this role, you will have ownership of the designs for our customers, leading conversations with our customers while mentoring and supporting business analysts, product owners, and engineers implementing the designs.
