You will be professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.
Responsible in providing prompt support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates * Required to handle outbound calls on Corporate Internet Banking enquiries.
- Outbound calls to customers to verify that they have received the sms from bank to activate/reprovision their digital token.
- Gain and in-depth knowledge of back office processes through working on complex customer issues and with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
- Candidate will be part of the service team to assist inbound calls from corporate customers with the solutioning of Bank’s digital products (Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR, etc.)
- We require candidate to be meticulous with details and good communication skills.
- 6 months, subject to renewal
- Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm
- up to $12/hr
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be advantageous
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
