- Assist in planning and executing regional IT infrastructure strategies.
- Define and standardize operational processes to improve service levels.
- Collaborate with process owners to document workflows.
- Identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and align practices with best standards.
- Establish KPIs to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to reduce operational costs while enhancing service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes.
- Monitor and report progress of improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Integrate products into services for continuous improvement.
- Participate in major incidents and assist in resolution.
- Monitor incident progress and coordinate resources.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
- Handle escalations and report to management.
- Review and approve upcoming changes.
- Facilitate necessary approvals for change requirements.
- Organize meetings to discuss operational stability topics.
- Collaborate with teams to address challenges and improve service quality.
- Provide governance on operational stability topics.
- Communicate global IT strategies to service managers.
- Assist in request handling to integrate IT tasks globally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for service management topics.
- Liaise with cross-functional personnel.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with operational expectations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
- Uphold corporate culture based on integrity and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (eg. Business, Operations Management)
- 5-10 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies and ServiceNow are a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive industry is advantageous.
- Good understanding of digital infrastructure and architecture, integration and underlying technological concepts, business drivers and emerging trends
- Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and facilitate skills.
- Strong analytic skill and work effectively under stress
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and multi-task.
- Travel overseas (if require, for short duration only)
