- Laser-focused on understanding and delivering resolution to issues and escalations with speed and agility to grow partnerships and overall satisfaction.
- Partner with the Director of Technology Delivery and APR COO and to support the technology needs of the APR region within the broader technology organization.
- Drive the delivery of technology projects such as M&A, Security & Risk, and Audits, while also involving subject matter experts (SMEs) in regional initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional APR support teams and global technology teams, including Technical Product Managers, Architecture, Security & Risk, Infrastructure Shared Services, Product Owners, and Business Subject Matter Experts, to ensure the timely delivery of projects and software solutions for colleagues.
- Take ownership of the APR Technology Onboarding process and collaborate with Architecture, Security, TPMs, and Colleague Technology teams to continuously improve the process and monitor delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with other technology functions to identify gaps in the delivery model and drive areas for regional improvement.
- Contribute to the MMC Technology community by participating in collaboration and learning activities.
- Assist the Director of Technology Delivery to:
- Run the Business Impact Analysis and business continuity processes for APR; coordinating with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and OWG CISO on firm business continuity needs and coordinate delivery of requirements including plans and testing.
- Ensure that a service catalog for client project team meets the needs of APR project teams for using new and existing cloud services, prioritize enhancements as needed.
- Determine and drive services and processes needed for client project teams to deliver value.
- Define, create, and harness client project related ITS dashboards, scorecards and analytics to track delivery and satisfaction of services provided by technology teams to client project teams.
- Partner with Global Technology Colleague Experience teams to deliver collective success.
- 7+ years of experience working managing and/or delivery of software, digital or tech modernization services at enterprise scale.
- An ability to build, manage and grow relationships and manage stakeholders’ expectations while capturing & sharing meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed.
- Passionate about the colleague satisfaction and the delivery of technology solutions to improve colleague and client outcomes.
- A strong focus on effective planning, and a demonstrated ability to establish good systematic processes and ways of working.
- Experience working at management consulting firm or large complex organizations is highly desirable.
- A track record of delivery-focused collaborative work in complex environments delivering projects with multi-disciplinary agile teams.
- An understanding of what use cases are and knowledge of how to work through a prioritized backlog and establish acceptance criteria.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to motivate teams and navigate confidently within a large complex organization.
