  • Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard report, as well as the provision of ad-hoc data/ information
  • Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists
  • System change requests to setup values creation and minor enhancements
  • Participation in the evaluation and implementation of the Human Resource Management Systems
  • The conduct of HRMS data entry training for new HR colleagues
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Preferably 2-3 years of HRIS support and participation in system implementation experience
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and legislations
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Strong team player and can work with minimal supervision
  • Independent and has initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and process thinking
