- Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard report, as well as the provision of ad-hoc data/ information
- Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists
- System change requests to setup values creation and minor enhancements
- Participation in the evaluation and implementation of the Human Resource Management Systems
- The conduct of HRMS data entry training for new HR colleagues
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology
- Preferably 2-3 years of HRIS support and participation in system implementation experience
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legislations
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Strong team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Independent and has initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and process thinking
