Job Description :
  • Track traffic metrics and monitor competitive trends to support business planning
  • Support analysis of key partnership initiatives to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage OKR reporting and prepare regular updates for leadership and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards to highlight important trends and learnings
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant analysis
  • Present insights and recommendations to support informed, data-driven decisions
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree and above in any related field
  • Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in tech/e-commerce or a dynamic environment is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Effective communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Passionate about data and solving challenging business problems
About the Team :The Traffic team leads Shopee's efforts in building and scaling high-impact collaborations with key external platforms. From opportunity scoping to go-to-market planning and performance tracking, the team works cross-functionally to integrate external platforms, drive seamless user experiences, and expand traffic sources across Shopee's markets in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. Data and insights are at the core of our strategy - we closely track traffic metrics, analyse performance, monitor competitive trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to support informed business planning and decision-making.
