HR Manager (Semiconductor, Timesoft)

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support business growth.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
• Champion employee engagement, well-being initiatives, and manage grievance and disciplinary processes professionally.

• Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of Singapore's employment laws, industrial relations framework, and established HR best practices.
• Proficient in Timesoft HR System.
