You will be responsible in leading the team to achieve sales performance in the short and long term, including meeting targets for turnover, profitability, and client database growth. You will play a vital role in motivating and guiding the team, while also nurturing their professional growth.Adecco has a partnership with a prestigious luxury company renowned worldwide for its innovative jewelry and timepiece craftsmanship, expertise, and creativity. They are currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team.   • Responsible for the upkeep of the boutique at all times.
  • He/she must ensure that any visitor to the boutique is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism according to store/boutique standards.
  • The Store / Assistant Manager is a key person for client acquisition. He/she should lead the effort of the team to acquire new clients, not only by converting walk-in clients but also by following a tactic of client acquisition outside the boutique
  • Ensure that all team members actively use the database of the boutique
  • The manager shall propose to the team, to create marketing actions to help achieve its sales objectives. (Mailing, cocktails, collaboration with clubs, etc...)
  • The manager is in charge of the enforcement of the discount policy.
  • To ensure that the stock value is below the maximum coverage
  • To coach all its team, recruit new staff, and evaluate the team members
  • Assessment of the training development of the team.
The Talent:
  • 8 years of retail experience with at least 4 years at the supervisory level
  • Excellent customer relations management skills with a solid client base
  • Sound knowledge in watch / high jewelry is a definite asset
  • Strong business sense of retail service, passion for retail operations
  • Good knowledge of computer applications
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & reporting
  • Sales-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
