Involve in Retail Banking Operations in the areas of Account Opening, eServices and Customer/Account Maintenance Activities for Individual Customers.
Acquire basic knowledge and understanding on retail banking operations, and process and procedures.
Gain hands-on experience in Account Opening and Customer Account Maintenance for Individual Customers.
Assist in the collation and preparation of management and statistical reports.
