
Associate - Finance & Accounting (Credit Management)

- Assist in the preparation of the annual credit-related budget and financial forecasts.
- Support Free Cash Flow (FCF) analysis and working capital planning.
- Prepare and monitor monthly bad debt provisions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requirements.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and dashboards for credit performance, cashflow, and related financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to finance and credit management processes.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Associate Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance from a reputable university.
- 2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis (experience with Big 4 is an advantage).
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or Singapore FRS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
