- Demonstrate a strong grasp of campaign lifecycle management, including sophisticated optimization techniques, detailed reporting, established ways of working, and billing processes.
- Master all platforms and systems critical for advanced media planning and activation.
- Actively collaborate with various internal specialist teams, ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign management from brief to launch and post-buy analysis.
- Confidently co-managing significant aspects of the client account, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs, and actively contributing to client relationship management.
- Emerge as a trusted advisor, providing strong justification for strategic recommendations, expertly managing timelines, and consistently delivering impactful outcomes.
- Proactively identify and drive the testing of new channels, formats, betas, platforms, and other innovations relevant to the luxury market.
- Take on increased client-facing responsibilities, leading discussions in weekly WIP meetings, and proactively educating clients on new features, services, and market trends.
- Independently assist the team in comprehensive research, strategic definition, and the preparation of high-quality presentation materials.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative client relationships, evidenced by positive feedback and contribution to Agency Scores.
- Independently analyse and provide sophisticated insights per channel, developing actionable recommendations and clear next steps that drive client growth.
- Begin to mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Lead day-to-day client and partner relationships, serving as a primary contact for a luxury account.
- Collaborate on developing and presenting advanced media strategies and innovative campaign ideas.
- Oversee flawless execution, timely delivery, and meticulous budget management for campaigns.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports, competitive analyses, and post-campaign performance.
- Lead media proposal negotiations and recommendations for optimal value and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to financial processes and accurate data reconciliation.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
- 3-4 years progressive media planning experience, ideally with luxury brands in an agency setting.
- Proven client-facing skills, strong presentation abilities, and relationship management.
- Deep understanding of media trends, particularly within the luxury sector.
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and digital media tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
