- Oversee monthly cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with Incoterms (CFR, CIF, FOB, DAP) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Provide round-the-clock customer support, responding promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries.
- Assist in vessel clearance by working closely with vetting, insurance teams, and external parties to meet all compliance and safety requirements.
- Handle claims with suppliers, receivers, and shipowners efficiently, while maintaining thorough and accurate records of cargo movements, legal documentation, and communications to ensure regulatory compliance and operational accuracy.
- 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in trade operations (gas).
- Ability to handle high volume transactions in fast pace environment
- Knowledge in UCP600 and experience to liaise with banks directly for LC negotiation
- Experience in handling dry bulk shipment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table/vlookup preferred
