I am working with a leading international firm to hire a Banking & Finance Paralegal for their team in Singapore.What's in it for you:

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing finance documents, legal opinions and ancillary docs
Conducting due diligence
Checking and preparing CPs
Registering charges and bibling
Updating internal know-how
Legal research as required

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Paralegal/Legal Exec in a law firm (preferably from a Finance or Finance-related practice group i.e. Asset Finance, Structured Finance - other transactional paralegals will also be considered)
Good communication skills and academic record
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
