- Identify, originate, develop and maintain client relationships, especially with sizeable accounts with high visibility or complex needs.
- Drive both client retention and client acquisition through hybrid portfolio with 50% focus on growing existing client relationships and 50% on acquiring new clients
- Maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing tailored financial advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain communication with clients to assess needs and risk profiles.
- Prospect potential clients and promote the bank’s products and services through active business development.
- Prepare client account documentation, transaction documentation, general instructions and credit proposals.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies as well as regulatory and legal requirements.
- Assume any other tasks as assigned.
- Degree from leading Business Schools or Universities; Additional certification such as CACS is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Private Banking, specifically focusing on the Ultra-High net worth market.
- Demonstrated track record in revenue generation and an existing portfolio of strong relationships with ultra-high net worth clients.
- Highly effective communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal) ; interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined and methodical approach to business.

- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds, private equity and real estate
- To ensure effective client servicing and meets the language requirements, written and spoken proficiency in English and ideally French as the role involves direct communications with European clients where French is their primary business language
