- Lead the development and execution of the group’s marketing strategy across multiple business units.
- Build strong, cohesive brand identities for the group and its subsidiaries in the gaming, events, and exhibition space.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, event promotions, and new business initiatives.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Oversee social media calendars, ad campaigns, and influencer initiatives.
- Drive marketing efforts for in-house and client events including tournaments, conventions, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Support ticketing campaigns, audience acquisition, and on-ground promotional activities.
- Work with event teams to align on timelines, promotional strategies, and partnership deliverables.
- Collaborate with the partnerships and sales teams to create polished sponsorship decks and B2B marketing materials.
- Develop targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies to support sponsor acquisition and retention.
- Support external communications with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends in gaming, events, youth culture, and digital platforms (Twitch, Discord, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and audience data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs and marketing ROI.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to gaming, events, exhibitions, or youth entertainment.
- Strong background in campaign planning, content marketing, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiar with creative tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in or with event management companies, gaming publishers, or pop culture brands.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian youth and gaming communities.
- Passion for esports, pop culture, gaming, and fandom.
